Nici has a diverse background encompassing all levels of swimming, whether it be school swimmers, Learn to Swim, Juniors and Seniors.  Nici’s vast experience in school and club swimming has given a her clear perspective in coaching the technical execution of strokes. Her mantra is to swim smarter, not harder.  Nici has numerous swimming qualifications, including education and Training of new Learn To Swim Instructors.  Her passion is to help swimmers to achieve their best potential in swimming through using a variety of teaching tools and techniques.
